We collect only the data necessary to provide our services:

• Contact information — Name, email address, and phone number when you fill in a contact or quote request form.
• Order information — Name, phone number, delivery address, and items purchased when you place an order through our store.
• Payment information — We do not store card details. M-Pesa payments are processed via Safaricom's Daraja API; we receive only a transaction confirmation code and the amount.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically by our web server logs and Google Analytics.

We use your data to:

• Process and fulfil your orders and service requests
• Send order confirmations and status updates
• Respond to enquiries and provide customer support
• Improve our website and services through analytics
• Comply with legal obligations under Kenyan law

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for automated profiling or marketing without your explicit consent.

M-Pesa payments are processed by Safaricom PLC via the Daraja API. When you make a payment:

• Your phone number is sent to Safaricom to trigger a payment prompt.
• Safaricom processes the transaction on their systems — we do not see or store your M-Pesa PIN.
• We receive a confirmation including the transaction code, amount, and your phone number.

Safaricom's privacy policy governs how they handle your data during payment processing.

We share your data only in these limited circumstances:

• Safaricom — Phone number and transaction data to process M-Pesa payments.
• Google Analytics — Anonymised usage data to understand how visitors use our site. IP addresses are anonymised.
• Legal obligations — Where required by a court order or applicable Kenyan law.

We retain your data only as long as necessary:

• Order records — 7 years, as required by Kenyan tax regulations.
• Contact form enquiries — 2 years from last contact.
• Web server logs — 90 days.

After these periods, data is securely deleted.

Under the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019, you have the right to:

• Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — Ask us to correct inaccurate personal data.
• Deletion — Request deletion of your data where we no longer have a legal basis to hold it.
• Objection — Object to certain types of processing of your data.
• Portability — Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

Our website uses:
