Yes — in most cases. The DC jack (V000230420) is a separate component soldered onto the board. Our engineers desolder the broken jack and install a new one. This costs KES 800 for the part plus KES 500 labour — far cheaper than a new motherboard. 1-hour service.
Toshiba no longer manufactures replacement panels, so "genuine Toshiba" screens don't exist as new stock. We use OEM-equivalent panels (LP156WHB, B156XW04 variants) from the same display factories that supplied Toshiba originally. These meet or exceed original specs. All screen replacements include a 3-month warranty.
